Looking for Some Creative Gifts for the Little Ones?
Perhaps Consider Some of These!
I thought carefully about this specific selection.
I really want to help the young minds expand and grow, so I picked products that I believe will inspire and encourage their creativity.
(Just click the photo to view the products on Amazon.
Also, keep in mind that a lot of these things have several options, so once you’re there,
shop around and check them all out and pick your favorite!)
Bean Bag Chair:
Ah, writing this article has made me so nostalgic!
Bean bag chairs are always going to be awesome. I had one when I was younger, and now I want a great big one to lay around on and relax.
Did you know they have bean bag couched now?
Aurora Borealis Light:
This is pretty cool, I’d say. This light mimics the look of the Northern Lights on your walls and ceiling!
It may be a little bright for a night light, or it could be just right, I guess it depends on the person, really.
This light also has a built in speaker, and comes with an aux cable, so you can turn on some peaceful music and just relax.
Night Light / Speaker / Alarm Clock:
As an alternative to the Aurora Borealis shown above, this one is a bit more subtle with the lighting, but had a more impressive speaker, and can also be connected to via bluetooth.
Other features include an alarm clock, 3 different dimmer settings, multiple colors, and it runs on a rechargeable battery, so you can take it with you to another room, or on a camping trip if you want!
Play Took Kit:
This was a HUGE throwback for me! I didn’t even realize they still made these!
I had several of these tool kits growing up, including an entire work bench.
They were always some of my favorite toys to play with, and I guess that carried over, because I have quite the tool collection now!
Need I explain the Spirograph?
This is a classic.
Basically it’s like a mechanical stencil.
You choose your larger diameter shape, and put a smaller one inside it.
Put a pen through one of the holes on the smaller diameter piece and just follow it around the inside of the larger piece and make really cool designs!
The ultimate medium for creativity!
I really considered posting Play-Doh instead, but it can dry out, so let’s go with the alternative!
This could make for some fun projects to bake and keep forever, but it’s fun on its own just to mess with.
There are different size and colored packs, so if these aren’t favorable, check out the other colors!
This easel can be used several different ways!
One side is a dry-erase board, the other side is a chalk board, and it even comes with a roll of paper that you can run through it to draw on paper!
It has fairly large trays, so there’s plenty of room for your chalk, markers, erasers, pens, pencils, etc.
A must-have to the early artist!
This is a cool toy, but it could be used as a way to reward your child as well, if you think about it.
While I don’t recommend just loading it up with sweets and letting ’em go, there are all sorts of other things you could put inside it, like these for example!
It comes with some plastic coins, but you can use real coins to play it also, so it can actually double as a piggy bank.
Requires 3 “D” batteries, not included.
Electric Drum Kit:
Being a musician myself, I had to add a few instruments here, I couldn’t help it!
This is a really neat kit, especially since it even comes with pedals!
I could see anyone having lots of fun with this!
And here is a really nice little keyboard setup.
It comes with the keyboard, stand, bench, music stand, and every parent’s favorite, headphones!
It also comes with software that teaches 30 songs, which is a nice bonus and helps to learn how to read music!
Can’t really beat that for the price!
